We take care of managing this type of projects with the necessary documentation to obtain the corresponding municipal license, which will allow the opening of a business, the practise and the operation of the activity in a specific place or premises.
We carry out self-protection plans, through which, we evaluate the emergencies that may occur in a given facility or building, both as a result of its own activity and natural risk situations and public catastrophes that may affect it
FACILITIES PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Technical management of facilities:
For all the work on the installation, we carry out construction management and safety coordinator tasks to guarantee the expectations of the Client-Developer. We assume the technical function of managing the material construction execution and of controlling qualitatively and quantitatively the construction and quality of the building.
Executive management, planning and costs:
We exercise the function of executive management, controlling the technical documentation that is part of the project. We also implement an effective methodology, frequently adopted, to carry out an effective control of costs such as the analysis of the value gained that allows a temporary economic control of the project considering the economic repercussions of a delay in the term.
Quality control of the facilities:
We always support the development of quality control activities such as: the drafting and monitoring of the quality control plan and inspection points; the construction reception and documentary control of materials and equipment; the supervision of material quality control tests and validation of results; the monitoring of the implementation.
Commissioning of the facilities:
We carry out commissioning tasks such as quality processes, focused on verifying and documenting that facilities and systems are thought of, designed, installed, tested, used and maintained according to the requirements of the owner in the Project.
LEGALIZATION OF FACILITIES
Our technical team performs a set of inspection, verification and control work of compliance with current regulations. This procedure is called the legalization of the installation.
We apply BIM modeling, (Building Information Modeling), also called building information modeling. This is the process of generating and managing the building's data during its life cycle, using dynamic building modeling software in three dimensions and in real time, to reduce the loss of time and resources in design and construction.
